3C Tech shop faced the challenge of not being competitive in a competitive market and were open to new and fresh ideas to lift their brand.
After running a TV series that wasn’t delivering the desired results, they contact Straight Lines to create a new TV ad to help generate brand awareness and increase customers.
To create a point of different as well as present 3C Tech Shop as friendly and approachable, Straight Lines created the “Don’t go barking mad…” TV campaign, featuring a white fluffy dog “Des”. It was a hit!
We changed the whole language, message, and services that 3C Tech Shop were previously focused on, delivering a fresh new ad which appealed to all computer owners.
To follow were more TV ads highlighting the updated store layout, products, staff and services.
Accompanied with a new strategy and targeted online advertising, 3C Tech Shop are now standing tall in their competitive market.
